Very solid construction distinguishes the housing of RP-626 speakers, the finish includes natural veneer and high-class car lacquer. The sides of the cabinet converge to the back in the extolled by the Sonus Faber company shape of a lute. The speakers is a 2.5 way, with a 25mm tweeter and two woofers, 160mm in diameter each. On the top there is a silk, dripped, small dome with an aluminum front. Below, in the closed chamber a mid-low speaker with a metal membrane, very solid molded basket and a massive power unit (shielded) has been implemented. Further below, an identical speaker can be seen, in a big, ventilated by the bass-reflex vented chamber. In the crossover screwed on the double, gold-plated binding posts among others we will find high-quality air-coils and a polypropylene capacitors for the high-toned section. It is all placed on brass spikes.
